South of the Border Quiche!

Miss Diva dish is coming up with her crazy ideas again! While she was pondering the meaning of Life...lol...
She came with a great idea, way not take the Blue baked taco chips, crumble them add a mixture of great Hot/Spicey seasonings, cheddar cheese and my famous egg mixture.Bake @ 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes and you have a
Mouth-Watering South of the Border Quiche... add a dollop of sour-creame,a little salsa,and a few jalepeno's for heat
and you have yourself one H__________________, of a good time....I would serve this delicious Quiche with dirty rice
