Maintenance is really a complex word, and it has a few strings attached to it!
Let me explain by giving you a few examples.
- Stress
- Exercise
- Animals

In order to maintain anything you have to deal with the above examples.
How do you do that, let's break them down into simpler terms.
Stress:
- Work
- Friends
- Responsibilities
- Bills
- Not enough time in a day
When you look at some of the things I picked out to just give you some of the most common stresses in our lives, you can see it won't take much to tip you off your maintenance.
Exercise:
- Walking
- Biking
- Dancing
- House cleaning
- Treadmill or other equipment
Animals: Love this one!
- They need exercise
- We love to interact with them
- We bring them places as our companions
- Watching them is a two fold thing it brings Us calmness.
- Breathing exercises
- Massage
- Animals
- Writing or journal
- Talking with a good friend
The point of this exercise as I see it is to continue your journey of the Healthier You and find your tools to do it!
