Ginger Steak & Edamame Beans |
Whole grain rice, flank steak, edamame (soybeans) and a little fire added to round out this yummy dish.
When I plan my evening dinners I always , always spice things up a notch.
Why?
Because the heat of spices are very good for your body.
How?
It breaks down our cholesterol, and buildups in our arteries.
It also adds flavor and we use less salt because it is not needed.
When you do you own meal planning look at what you have for (Hot) Spices in your cupboards.
Experiment with a couple of them, on a smaller scale at first so to not burn anyone out of trying their first bite.
After a few meals with some heat added to their palate, they will not even notice the heat but will notice the additional flavor it brings out in each meal and also adds to as well.
Some spices to try:
- Cayenne
- Cumin
- Ancho
- Pepperika
- Red Pepper

Always a Divadish
