- Eating naturally takes patience, and relearning> It is about making better healthier choices, skipping the fast foods, and convenience foods, and making time to make something and somethings from scratch!
- Whole grains, no additives, no BHT's, No Processed.
- No not hard but different, you will enjoy food more because it will taste better, richer, more pure, and satisfying too, because it is not filled with empty calories.
- Sure everyone will eat it, as long as you are not forcing them to try something really Weird... These are normal foods but the way & what we put in it, or how we choose our products is the key to eating organic.
