Fajita's with Sweet Bell pepper's!

Hello foodies:
Farmer's Market season is abundunt with sweet bell's in different colors. The dark greens are alright, but have more acid.
If it is a problem with your tummy as it is with mine steer yourself towards the yellows, oranges, & reds.
These can be eaten as is with a little sourcream, or bleu cheese dressing, I mix my combinations and I make my own dressings..The combination of sweet, fresh and orgasmic bleu in your mouth makes you go Weak in The Knee's...!
But Heh, No Worries, what's a few Wobbly Knee's among friends!
