Just Horse-in Around!

Hello Bloggs:
Spent the day with gran-daughter on a local horse farm called Woodloch Stables in Hugo... It was very nice, 180+ horses and all very happy... My granddaughter was very comfortable there. She wants to take lessons in the winter and is in the checking out mode right now....so who knows, but it was still nice to see all the fine looking steads...!

* Fast forward now to 2010: I just made one with peanut butter, & chocolate, like a Reasse's  Peanut butter bar.
Then added a chocolate drizzle for the icing and crushed peanuts for the crunch. Yummy, Yummy, Yummy!

Hello foodies:
Farmer's Market season is abundunt with sweet bell's in different colors. The dark greens are alright, but have more acid.
If it is a problem with your tummy as it is with mine steer yourself towards the yellows, oranges, & reds.
These can be eaten as is with a little sourcream, or bleu cheese dressing, I mix my combinations and I make my own dressings..The combination of sweet, fresh and orgasmic bleu in your mouth makes you go Weak in The Knee's...!
But Heh, No Worries, what's a few Wobbly Knee's among friends!

FUFU In Harmony, MN.!

Hello friends:
Spent the day out & about, took a very long drive to souteastern part of state.. phew,,, not again any time soon...
very pretty but way too far out...
I went to Harmony too and ate @ the Quarter/Quarter new resturant... Very FuFu & Chic, but I was not impressed with the food. Service was good & friendly.
I feel the Chef needs to spend more time on taste & textures then presentation.
