Creamy/Chicken Soup!

Just like my Great-Grandma used to make, except better, because I put more delicious ingredients in it.. Times were tough over 100+ years ago...! Big Chunks of Chicken, loads of veggies, creamy chicken gravy slowed cooked over a 10+ hours, gives you one smooth tasting Chicken/Soup. I usually add the egg noodles after everything is all cooked and flavors are completely blended.
With the cold snap hitting this weekend this will definitely be a winner with my family.
Of course Miss Divadish could make your family some too!? Just reach out and call the digits on your screen#612-859-3270 I promise you will be Very/Glad you did!

Of course I am going to use a cream cheese icing with strawberry preserves drizzled over that... Have you stroked out yet!? If not then pick up the phone and order yours, so you can have the Whole thing. Cost $48.00.. serves 12-15 pieces!

Sirloin Pork Chops!

When looking in the mass meat cases @ your local Sam's Club, Costco, or whatever store, their is a few things you need to know before picking up a package of meat!
  • Butchers know cuts, but they are not cooks,so if you don't know don't ask them!
  • Do your research first, either google a recipe on pork @ recipes .com or ask me Miss Divadish@blogspot.com
  • Sirloin chops are the most lean, and have a good retention of juices when grilled, Do Not -Over-Cook!
  • Pork can be eaten medium, which is with a little pink, there is no longer any Fear of diseases passed.
  • Marinate your chops with olive -oil, Kosher Salt, and Rosemary, and a touch of lemon.
Grill @ 400" degrees, or pan fry @ 375" degrees, either way watch them and flip them when needed, don't Walk-Away and let them over-cook!
  • Pair your perfectly grilled pork chops with garlic buttered broccolli, or stringbeans,or Greek Salad.
  • Roasted Potatoes, or Roasted Bell Peppers, or Zucchini individually or all grilled together, makes a nice rich tasting meal and will also be very Healthy for you and your Body!
  • Enjoy your meal and Eat with a Friend not the TV!
