Just finished another delicious creation: I am calling it Garlicky & Cheesy over you Quiche!
It has garlic mashed potatoes crust, I used red new potatoes for the crust, mixed in some cream, butter, dill, salt & pepper
and baked till brown.
Then added a (4) egg mixture of cream, seasonings, feta, and mix all together and pored into crust, baked for 35 minutes @ 375' and wallah, it is a delicious tasty delight! I so like having Food Dreams....
