"Get Back your Wiggle"

Looking for a Breakfast cereal Or snack that tastes Good!?

When you put it in your mouth it does not make you think Cardboard!?

Well, I have the solution for you, this Baked granola is filled with flavor, lower in calories, and has a serving of fruit all in one bowl!

You can make it yourself, it is very low in cost, and most of us have all the ingredients in our kitchens.

Whole Oats, brown sugar,raisins, cranberrys, walnuts, pecans,almonds,applesauce, pumpkin spice, honey,
vanilla extract,my secret ingredient that I am sharing with all of you is Cloves...
Now let's put this together: 3/1/2 cups of oats
                                                      1/3 cup brown sugar
                                                      1/2 sliced almonds
                                                      1/2 cup chopped pecans
                                                      1tbsp. pumpkin  pie spice
                                                      1/2 tsp. cloves
Mix all the dry ingrediants together in a large bowl.

Add the following to the above dry mixture:
                                                       2/3 + applesauce (plain or cinnamon) Chunky or not
                                                        1/2 cup honey
                                                        1/2+ raisins
                                                       1/2+ cranberries(dry out fresh or frozen in microwave container app.30-40sec.)
                                                      1tbsp+vanilla extract
Fold these ingredients into dry above mixing till it forms clumps.
Spoon granola on baking sheets @ 250'temp oven and bake for 1 hour. I added a little more brown sugar over top of mixture before baking.
Please stir mixture every (20) minutes until lightly browned & crispy.
Store in a air tight container @ room temperature.
Serve @ 1/2 cups into bowl with warm or cold milk and Breakfast is done.
This is a hearty, wholesome ceareal or snack, you can add dry furits, such as Apricots, dried bluberries, more nuts.This is but a guideline, recipes are always made to be tweaked.

Eating this alternately with your other wholsome foods, fruits, cheeses and elimanting any process foods
