Weight Control #16

Weight Control or maintenance as the experts like to call it. 
What does that mean?
How can I continue my success?
What should I do?
Do I need  more tools?


Maintenance  is  really a complex word, and it has a few strings attached to it!
Let me explain by giving you a few examples.
  • Stress
  • Exercise
  • Animals
  • De stress
In order to maintain anything you have to deal with the above examples.
How do you do that, let's break them down into simpler terms.


Stress:
  1. Work
  2. Friends
  3. Responsibilities
  4. Bills
  5. Not enough time in a day
When you look at some of the things I picked out to just give you some of the most common stresses in our lives, you can see it won't take much to tip you off your maintenance.

Exercise:
  1. Walking
  2. Biking
  3. Dancing
  4. House cleaning
  5. Treadmill or other equipment
Your list can be different the whole Key here is move something for at least 10-20 minutes a day!

Animals: Love this one!
  1. They need exercise
  2. We love to interact with them
  3. We bring them places as our companions
  4. Watching them is a two fold thing it brings Us calmness.
 De stress:
  1. Breathing exercises
  2. Massage
  3. Animals
  4. Writing or journal
  5. Talking with a good friend
Again this is a beginning list yours can be longer, shorter, or have different items on it.
The point of this exercise as I see it is to continue your journey of the Healthier You and find your tools to do it!
